Moving Forward?

Your Life Areas are the different parts of your life that are important to you. It’s what makes up you as a unique expression in this world. You are different than anyone else so drop the comparisons that drag you (and those around you) down.

Your uniqueness of strengths, natural talents, life experiences and purpose are your gifts to cultivate to have a life you love. Life that is in alignment with your true self and feels good to you. Honest examination of where you are in life – what is working well and what is not is your starting point of self discovery and mastery.

Use these questions to take inventory of your life. Write it out on paper and include the date. There is no greater pleasure than looking back at the incredible positive differences you see from your starting point. It keeps you moving forward … and you will (if it is a priority). That begs the question, “How can our own lives not be a priority?” but that is often what happens and why we search for solutions from the dissatisfaction we feel.

Find Your Life Areas

As you work through each life area, life naturally becomes one of ease, peace of mind, fun, success and unknown fulfillment. You can start feeling that positive momentum as soon as you decide that it’s time for growth.

You will start looking for and focusing on the positive and turning away from the negative until it loses its power. That power of spirit is within us and because we spend so much time looking at what we don’t like in our relationships, career, finances, health, personal fulfillment, stress level, etc. that connection to our life force gets lost. Start connecting to yourself again.

All your life guidance and power are there. Let’s find them!

Use the Life Areas guide and ask yourself these 4 questions:

1. What are your personal life areas – areas important to you?

Once you have them listed, put them in order of importance with 1 being the most important.

2. How much time do you spend on your most important life areas?

Does the time spent in each area reflect its importance? (You can feel out of balance if you don’t spend time on what you value.)

3. How would you rate your satisfaction in each of your areas?

Rate your satisfaction on a scale of 1-10.

4. What would change if your most important life area became a 10 suddenly?

Take inspired action on the answers to these questions.

Add your own life areas for more effectiveness in the exercise. This is the start of the self-discovery process that will be the foundation for the changes you have been asking for but haven’t received in your life.

Trust that there is a way to take charge of your life when your desire for change is strong enough. Commit to the work on yourself or all of the resources available to help you become like a gym membership that you don’t use. It simply doesn’t create the changes you want without the most important element: You!

We all want our lives to be a 10! Personal coaching is a committed way that truly works and creates long term results if that is what you really want in your life. I guarantee my work and your results.
